They tinted 4 windows plus the back windshield in under 90 minutes. There was only one roach in the waiting room, which I killed 👍

I recently reached out to Executive Motorsports regarding a full tint job for my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta, including the removal of the existing ceramic tint. I received a prompt response from a representative named Peter, who quoted me $150 for the full job—including removal and installation—with a lifetime warranty. I confirmed this price with him in writing and clearly stated that I wanted all windows done. Peter acknowledged and agreed.Due to scheduling constraints, we set the appointment a few months in advance. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the Heights location and was greeted by an employee who seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing any kind of customer service. I explained I had a scheduled appointment, filled out the necessary paperwork, and was then told the price for ceramic tint would be $350. I informed them that I had previously been quoted $150, but they refused to honor the original price.I immediately contacted Peter, who then told me he was unable to honor the agreed-upon quote and essentially dismissed the previous correspondence as a mistake. There was no effort to reconcile the situation or take responsibility for the miscommunication.This experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and a waste of my time. The lack of accountability and poor customer service leaves me with no choice but to leave this honest review. I would not recommend this business based on how they handled this situation.
